Novation & Algam Benelux Present: Battle of the Circuits

Novation & Algam Benelux present: Battle of the Circuits" is a music event showcasing four talented electronic music producers from Antwerp. The event is built around the Novation Circuit, an intuitive groove box, with a unique set of rules for each performance. The performers, Yves De Mey, Roman Hiele, Milan Warmoeskerken, and Dago Sondervan, will each use a Novation Circuit and one additional instrument controlled by the Circuit, with all sequences generated from it. This free event aims to create a signature sound experience powered by HK Audio, fostering creativity within the confines of these rules.

The featured artists bring diverse musical backgrounds, from Yves De Mey's deep roots in sound design and modular analog rigs to Roman Hiele’s blend of synthetic sound creation and jazz. Milan Warmoeskerken's intricately textured downtempo compositions and Dago Sondervan’s journey from jazz drummer to live coding performer will add further variety.
